Third Time’s the Charm
George Lombard Jr. showcased his skills by hitting a two-RBI single and playing third base in a 10-4 loss to the Mets. Ex-Mets prospect Dom Hamel struggled in his return, allowing three runs and making an error. Meanwhile, Spencer Jones continued to impress with his speed, stealing his third base of the spring. The Yankees will have Max Fried making his spring training debut against the Pirates on Monday.
