Darious Williams Retires
Los Angeles Rams cornerback Darious Williams is retiring from the NFL after eight seasons, including six with the Rams, where he won Super Bowl LVI. The undrafted UAB alum recorded 306 tackles, 12 interceptions, and 73 passes defended during his career, but injuries limited his last two seasons. His retirement frees up $7.5 million in cap space for the Rams, following a recent trade for cornerback Trent McDuffie. Williams leaves behind a notable legacy with the team and in the league.
