The Kansas City Chiefs have re-signed long snapper James Winchester for the 2026 season on a one-year deal worth $1.75 million, maintaining his status as the highest-paid long snapper. Since joining the team in 2015, Winchester has participated in all 181 regular season and 25 playoff games, ranking 11th in franchise history for regular season appearances. He has also recorded 17 career tackles during his tenure with the Chiefs.
