According to Dianna Russini of The Athletic, NFL teams are interested in trading for Broncos quarterback Jarrett Stidham. The Jets are among the teams considering Stidham as a cost-effective veteran option, as he is under a two-year, $12 million contract with an $8 million cap hit for the upcoming season. Stidham, 29, had a modest performance in 2023, completing 60.6% of his passes for 496 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception over three games.
