The Los Angeles Chargers announced the release of three players: TE Will Dissly, G Mekhi Becton, and T Savion Washington. Cutting Becton will save the team $9.7 million in cap space, with $2.5 million designated as dead money. Becton, a former first-round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, joined the Chargers last offseason on a two-year, $20 million deal after a season with the Eagles. In 2025, he played 15 games, starting 14 at right guard.
