The St. Louis Blues have designated winger Mathieu Joseph as a non-roster player, indicating he will go on waivers after unsuccessful trade attempts, according to David Pagnotta. His roster spot will be filled by Dylan Holloway, who is returning from injured reserve for tonight’s game against the Kraken. Joseph, 29, is in the final season of a four-year, $11.8MM deal signed with the Senators in 2022. He previously recorded 12 points in 11 games with the Senators after being acquired from the Lightning.
