The Los Angeles Rams have promoted pass-game coordinator Nate Scheelhaase to offensive coordinator, succeeding Mike LaFleur, who has taken the head coaching position with the Cardinals. Additionally, QB coach Dave Ragone has been elevated to co-offensive coordinator/QB coach. Scheelhaase, 35, previously served as a coach at various levels, including Iowa State, and was in demand this offseason, interviewing for multiple positions. He joined the Rams in 2024 and became the pass game coordinator for the 2025 season.
