The NFL has successfully filed a grievance against the NFL Players Association (NFLPA) to prevent the public disclosure of criticisms in the annual report cards regarding teams and owners. An arbitrator’s ruling confirmed this, although future report cards may still be shared with players. The 2025 report cards contained notable criticisms, including severe ratings for team owners like Woody Johnson of the New York Jets and Michael Bidwill of the Arizona Cardinals. Eleven teams were mentioned, with complaints focusing on issues such as treatment of players’ families, travel conditions, and facility inadequacies.
