According to Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com, the Browns have narrowed their defensive coordinator search to three finalists: Texans passing game coordinator Cory Undlin, Browns linebackers coach Jason Tarver, and Falcons passing game coordinator Mike Rutenberg. Undlin and Tarver bring prior NFL coordinator experience, which may benefit their candidacies. Undlin, 54, has held coaching roles with teams like the Patriots and Lions, while Tarver, 51, has experience with the 49ers and Raiders. Rutenberg, 44, began as an intern with Washington and has held various roles, including with the 49ers and Falcons.
