Switzerland and Los Angeles Kings forward Kevin Fiala was stretchered off the ice after an awkward hit from Tom Wilson during the third period of a game against Canada, with no penalty called on the play. Fiala, who has 18 goals and 40 points in 56 games this season, is one of 10 NHL players on Switzerland’s roster. The Kings recently acquired star forward Artemi Panarin and are currently one point out of the second wild card in the Western Conference. Fiala previously suffered a broken femur during the 2017 Stanley Cup Playoffs.
