Matt Zenitz of CBS Sports reports that the Arizona Cardinals are likely to retain defensive coordinator Nick Rallis under new head coach Mike LaFleur. Rallis, 32, has been with the Cardinals for the past three seasons, previously serving under Jonathan Gannon, and began his coaching career at Wake Forest in 2017. His defense struggled in 2025, ranking 27th in fewest yards allowed and 29th in points allowed. Rallis previously held positions with the Vikings and Eagles before joining the Cardinals.
