The New York Giants are set to hire Dawn Aponte, currently the NFL’s chief administrator of football operations, as a senior vice president. Aponte, 54, has extensive NFL experience, having previously worked with the Dolphins, Browns, and Jets, rising through the ranks since starting as an accountant with the Jets in 1994. She has been involved in front office roles for several teams and has been considered a potential general manager candidate in the past. Aponte has held her current position in the league office since 2017.
