Babich, 42, has a background that includes roles with the Carolina Panthers, Cleveland Browns, and Florida International University before his tenure with the Bills, where he was promoted to defensive coordinator in 2024. Under his leadership, the Bills’ defense achieved a ranking of 12th in scoring and 7th in total defense in 2025, notably excelling against the pass. Babich’s extensive coaching experience will be valuable as he joins the Packers’ defensive strategy team.
