The Washington Commanders are interviewing Al Harris, the Bears’ defensive backs coach and passing game coordinator, for their defensive coordinator role, as reported by Jeremy Fowler. Harris is also set to interview for the Packers’ defensive coordinator position. A former NFL player with a 15-season career, he began coaching in 2012 and has held various positions, including assistant head coach for the Cowboys before joining the Bears last season. Harris, 51, was a sixth-round pick by the Buccaneers in 1997.
