Trade discussions are intensifying for the Vancouver Canucks as they enter a rebuild phase, having already traded star defenceman Quinn Hughes. Filip Hronek’s future with the team came into question after Sportsnet’s Elliotte Friedman suggested he might be available, but his agent Allan Walsh clarified that both the player and the organization are happy with his role. Hronek has excelled since Hughes’ departure, currently second on the team in points and set to play his 500th NHL game. While Canucks management is open to trade discussions, they have indicated Hronek is unlikely to be moved.
