ESPN’s Dan Graziano predicts that Robert Saleh, the former Jets head coach and current 49ers defensive coordinator, will become the next head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders following Pete Carroll’s dismissal after a disappointing 3–14 season. Despite a mixed tenure with the Jets, Saleh’s recent success has renewed interest from teams, and he is set to interview for multiple head coaching positions, including the Raiders. If hired, his priority would be to build an offensive staff and develop a young quarterback. Other candidates for the Raiders’ position include Vance Joseph, Matt Nagy, and Kevin Stefanski.
