Mike Tomlin has announced his resignation as head coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers, a decision made public following the team’s 30-6 loss to the Houston Texans in the wild-card round. Team president Art Rooney expressed deep gratitude for Tomlin’s 19 years of service and success. Tomlin, who has led the team since 2007, faced criticism as the Steelers finished with a 10-7 record for the third consecutive year, failing to win a playoff game since 2017.
