The Cleveland Browns have fired head coach Kevin Stefanski after six seasons, marking the first coaching change on NFL’s Black Monday. Stefanski, who led the team to a playoff win and received NFL Coach of the Year honors in 2020 and 2023, finished with a record of 45-56, including disappointing seasons of 3-14 and 5-12 in 2024 and 2025. Despite his exit, Stefanski expressed gratitude for the support he received from the organization and fans. The Browns, now with a coaching vacancy, hold the No. 6 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft as they continue their search for a franchise quarterback.
