The Dallas Stars have loaned right winger Nathan Bastian to AHL Texas for a two-week conditioning stint while he remains on the active roster. Bastian, who has only played seven games since November 4 and was a healthy scratch for nine straight contests, has contributed three goals but is still seeking his first assist this season. Previously a healthy scratch, he had been utilized mainly due to injuries to teammates Jamie Benn and Matt Duchene. This marks Bastian’s first minor-league action since 2019-20 with the Binghamton Devils.
