The Denver Broncos have signed center Sam Mustipher from the Chargers’ practice squad, following the placement of Luke Wattenberg on injured reserve. Mustipher, who began his NFL career with the Bears after going undrafted in 2019, has also spent time with the Ravens and Titans before joining the Chargers. He appeared in 12 games for the Chargers in 2024, starting once. In a corresponding move, the Broncos waived offensive lineman Calvin Throckmorton.
