The Jets are parting ways with wide receiver Allen Lazard after a mutual agreement. Lazard joined the team in 2023 to reunite with Aaron Rodgers, but with Rodgers sidelined and later released, Lazard struggled to adapt, recording only 10 catches for 70 yards and one touchdown in 10 games this season. Over his 36-game tenure with the Jets, he amassed 70 receptions for 911 yards and eight touchdowns. He is now free to sign with another team for the remainder of the season and playoffs.
