The Philadelphia Phillies have signed outfielder Adolis García to a one-year contract worth $10 million for the 2026 season. García, a two-time All-Star formerly with the Texas Rangers, is expected to take over right field as veteran Nick Castellanos departs. In 2023, García achieved career highs in several categories, including 39 home runs and 107 RBIs, and was named ALCS MVP. However, he batted .227 with 19 homers and 75 RBIs this year, ranking low in OPS over the past two seasons.
