Jacob Toppin has been waived from his Two-Way contract by the Atlanta Hawks after undergoing surgery for a torn labrum in his right shoulder, which will keep him out for the remainder of the season. He played in five games with the Hawks, contributing minimally, but excelled in five G League games, averaging 18.0 points, 10.4 rebounds, and 3.2 assists. The Hawks are now free to sign a new player to a Two-Way contract.
