Alexandre Texier has signed a one-year, $1 million contract with the Montreal Canadiens following his contract termination with the St. Louis Blues. The 26-year-old forward, who recorded one assist in eight games this season, was recently sent down to the AHL before joining Montreal to help address the team’s injury issues.
