Former Canadiens Player Assigned to AHL by New Team



Logan Mailloux, a former first-round pick by the Montreal Canadiens, has been assigned to the AHL’s Springfield Thunderbirds by the St. Louis Blues after a disappointing start in his new team, recording no points and a minus-12 rating. Acquired in exchange for Zack Bolduc this summer, Mailloux aims to regain form in the AHL to potentially earn another call-up to the Blues.
