Longtime NBA assistant Roy Rogers has joined the Memphis Tigers coaching staff, marking his first experience coaching at the college level after four seasons with the Portland Trail Blazers and stints with several other NBA teams. Additionally, Memphis coach Penny Hardaway appointed Josh Townsend as the team’s director of scouting, who previously worked as the video coordinator for the Lakers’ G League affiliate.
