Maxi Kleber will be re-evaluated in two weeks after suffering an oblique strain early in training camp, limiting him to just one preseason game with the Los Angeles Lakers. Expressing his frustration over the injury, Kleber, who averaged 3.0 points and 2.8 rebounds for the Mavericks last season, noted that he can only focus on his recovery and effort as the Lakers also begin the season without LeBron James and Adou Thiero.
