The Mets have announced that Kodai Senga will make his first minor league start for Syracuse on Friday, following a week of bullpen sessions to work on his mechanics. Senga, who has struggled since returning from the IL with a 0-3 record and 5.90 ERA in nine starts, is expected to make at least two starts with Syracuse, while updates on other injured players like Luis Torrens and Tylor Megill were shared by Manager Carlos Mendoza.
