The United States Hockey Hall of Fame announced that former Senator Scott Gomez will be inducted into its 2025 class, recognizing his successful NHL career with 181 goals and 756 points, notably with the New Jersey Devils. Gomez, the first Alaskan in the Hall, played briefly for the Senators and is currently the head coach of the USHL’s Chicago Steel after a stint as an assistant coach and a YouTube channel focused on life in Alaska.
