Emil Bemstrom, a former forward for the Pittsburgh Penguins, has signed a one-year contract with SC Bern in Switzerland’s National League. The 26-year-old Swedish player, who recorded 23 goals and 48 points in 48 games with the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins last season, previously played in the NHL for Columbus and Pittsburgh, accumulating 34 goals and 75 points in 242 games overall.
