The Chicago Bears will honor Hall of Fame defensive tackle Steve McMichael and longtime owner Virginia McCaskey during the upcoming season by wearing a patch with her initials on their jerseys and a No. 76 decal on their helmets in McMichael’s memory. The team will also forgo throwback and alternate uniforms this season to respect Virginia McCaskey’s wishes, as stated by chairman George McCaskey.
