Nyheim Hines has signed with the Los Angeles Chargers, marking his return to the NFL after a two-year absence due to a torn ACL from a personal watercraft collision. Previously with the Buffalo Bills, Hines is expected to serve as a third-down back and kick returner in a run-heavy offense led by offensive coordinator Greg Roman.
