Dante Exum and the Dallas Mavericks are mutually interested in signing a new deal, despite interest from overseas teams. Exum, who has spent the last two seasons in Dallas, averaged 8.0 points, 2.8 assists, and 2.4 rebounds over 75 games, while shooting 51.6% from the field. The Mavericks hold Early Bird rights, allowing them to offer him a reduced salary from his previous $3.15 million, while Turkish club Fenerbahce has also expressed interest in signing him.
