Patrick Mahomes Excludes Olympic Flag Football Participation
Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes has decided not to participate in flag football at the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics, despite the NFL allowing players to join. At 29, Mahomes expressed his intention to let “the younger guys” represent the U.S. as he will be 33 by the time of the Games. He acknowledged the excitement of showcasing the NFL globally through flag football during the Chiefs’ off-season activities.
