Bengals offensive guard Cordell Volson has restructured his contract, resulting in a reduced base salary but increased guaranteed money for 2025, along with performance incentives. After playing over 55 percent of offensive snaps in his first three seasons, Volson’s salary rose from $1.1 million to a non-guaranteed $3.7 million due to the NFL’s Proven Performance Escalator. Having started 48 of 51 games since being drafted, Volson is now competing for a starting position after being benched at the end of last season, with free agency set for 2026.
