The Bills have waived wide receiver Hal Presley III to make room for newly signed Kristian Wilkerson on their 90-man roster. Presley, who went undrafted out of Baylor, had an impressive college career with 81 catches for 1,048 yards and seven touchdowns. Wilkerson, released by the Raiders earlier this offseason, will join a crowded receiver group in Buffalo that includes Khalil Shakir, Keon Coleman, Joshua Palmer, Elijah Moore, Curtis Samuel, KJ Hamler, Laviska Shenault, and seventh-round pick Kaden Prather.
