Joe Douglas is set to return to the Eagles in a senior scouting role, following his departure from the Jets, where he served as General Manager from June 2019 until his firing during the 2024 season. Previously, Douglas was the vice president of player personnel for the Eagles from 2016, contributing to the team’s first Super Bowl victory, and he also held positions with the Ravens and Bears. Despite his past success, his tenure with the Jets was marked by a disappointing record of 32-68.
