Ragans, who leads MLB with a 14.2 K/9 this season, suffered his injury during a loss to the St. Louis Cardinals, while Lugo was scratched from his start due to finger inflammation. In their absence, the Royals recalled lefties Noah Cameron, who has had a solid MLB debut, and Evan Sisk from Triple-A Omaha.
