The Philadelphia Flyers have re-signed center Rodrigo Abols to a one-year, $800k contract for the 2025-26 season, ensuring continuity in their forward depth.
Abols, 29, made his NHL debut in January, contributing two goals and three assists in 22 games with a notable 58.4 faceoff win percentage, and also had a productive AHL season with the Lehigh Valley Phantoms, scoring 15 goals and 32 points in 47 games.
His versatility and solid performance have secured him a place among the Flyers’ depth forwards as he approaches his 30th birthday before the contract expires on July 1, 2026.
