The Cincinnati Bengals made roster moves on Monday, signing safety Shaquan Loyal, an undrafted free agent from Rutgers who started all 13 games in his senior season and earned honorable mention All-Big Ten recognition. In a corresponding move, the Bengals waived cornerback Micah Abraham, a sixth-round pick by the Colts in 2024, who spent the last 12 games of the previous season on the Bengals’ practice squad without appearing in any games. These changes reflect the team’s ongoing adjustments as they prepare for the upcoming season.
