Ravens General Manager Eric DeCosta indicated that the team is open to selecting a running back in the 2025 NFL draft, despite it not being a pressing need. He emphasized the presence of talented players in this draft class and stated that if they identify a “blue-chip” running back or tight end, they would not hesitate to draft one. Additionally, while acknowledging the potential contract extension for Derrick Henry, DeCosta suggested that the Ravens may be looking to secure a future starter as Henry approaches the latter stages of his career.
