Jalen Brunson of the New York Knicks was awarded the 2024-25 Clutch Player of the Year, as announced by the NBA. In clutch situations, defined as the final five minutes of a close game, Brunson led the league with an average of 5.6 points, 52 field goals, and achieved a 51.5% shooting percentage. He became the first Eastern Conference player to receive this award, following De’Aaron Fox and Steph Curry in previous seasons, while averaging 26.0 points, 7.3 assists, and 2.9 rebounds throughout the season.
