Colts receiver Michael Pittman Jr. disclosed after the 2024 season that he played with a fractured back, which may require offseason surgery. However, he confirmed on Tuesday that he did not need surgery and was fully cleared by doctors in March. Pittman, who noticed the injury during training camp and played through it after its discovery post-Week 3, caught 69 passes for 808 yards and three touchdowns in 16 games, aiming to return to his strong 2023 performance of 109 receptions for 1,152 yards and four touchdowns.
