Duke forward Cooper Flagg has declared for the 2025 NBA Draft, announcing his decision on social media. The freshman, who is the consensus first overall pick, averaged 19.2 points, 7.5 rebounds, 4.2 assists, 1.4 steals, and 1.4 blocks per game, shooting 48% from the field and 38.5% from three-point range. Flagg, the John Wooden Award winner in his only season at Duke, will be 18 at the draft, with the NBA Draft Lottery set for May 12 to determine the first overall pick among teams like the Utah Jazz, Washington Wizards, and Charlotte Hornets, all with 14% odds.
