Broncos safety Devon Key signed his exclusive rights free agent tender on Friday, joining four other players—tight end Lucas Krull, outside linebacker Dondrea Tillman, cornerback Ja’Quan McMillian, and defensive lineman Jordan Jackson—who will also return on one-year deals. At 27, Key has been on practice squads for the Chiefs, Falcons, and Broncos, and last season, he played in all 17 games with two starts, recording 33 tackles, a sack, and a quarterback hit across 251 defensive and special teams snaps.
