San Francisco 49ers offensive lineman Isaac Alarcón has been suspended for six games without pay for violating the NFL’s performance-enhancing substances policy. The suspension will begin at the start of the 2025 NFL season, although Alarcón is permitted to participate in offseason activities, training camp, and preseason games beforehand. At 26 years old, Alarcón has yet to appear in a regular-season game, having entered the league in 2020 with the Dallas Cowboys and recently spending time on the 49ers’ practice squad.
