Davenport notes that Rice’s case has not been indicted yet, so the legal process might not be resolved until after the upcoming season. Despite previous projections of Rice missing five games, Davenport’s insight has shifted expectations, now projecting Rice to miss only two games, moving him from 21st to 16th in the 2025 WR Rankings.
