In his first two games with the Lakers, Luka Doncic has struggled to find his rhythm, scoring 30 points while showcasing glimpses of his passing skills. Although operating mostly independent of LeBron James, the duo is expected to eventually excel together, but Doncic will need to improve his performance for the Lakers to succeed in the playoffs despite defensive challenges. As the team heads into the All-Star break, Doncic’s adaptation to sharing the court with James remains a work in progress.
