Nikola Jokić, named to the NBA All-Star team for the seventh time, achieved his fifth consecutive triple-double with 35 points, 22 rebounds, and 17 assists in the Denver Nuggets’ win over the Sacramento Kings. He also became the first player since Wilt Chamberlain in 1968 to record 30+ points, 20+ rebounds, and 15+ assists in a game. Despite narrowly missing Russell Westbrook’s record streak of 11 straight triple-doubles, Jokić’s impressive performances have contributed to the Nuggets winning 12 of their last 15 games and climbing to the No. 4 spot in the Western Conference standings.
