Former Chicago Blackhawks executives Stan Bowman and Al MacIsaac, along with head coach Joel Quenneville, are now eligible to seek employment in the NHL after more than two years since resigning in the wake of the team’s sexual assault scandal involving former player Kyle Beach. The NHL investigation found that the executives failed to appropriately respond to allegations of sexual assault in 2010, resulting in their resignations in 2021. The league has deemed that all three individuals have demonstrated remorse and undergone personal improvement, allowing them to return to employment in the NHL starting July 10.
